V Wetherby Match Report

Sunday 23rd January 2011

Well, not bad for our first time out: our Under7s drew 2 out of their 3 games, with same really close matches and a great goal from Henry Rhodes' free kick. The U6s acquitted themselves extremely well against the Wetherby U7s- without knowing there was an age difference, it would have been hard to tell. It's incredible how far we have come in a year, with great displays of ball control, on time and on target passing on the field, and great goalkeeping when needed. This year has barely started, but we are clearly set for great things!
