Pannal Ash Football Club U16s

The Pannal Ash U16 Football Team is run by a team of four experienced coaches with the support of players, parents & guardians. Steve Cooper is the Team Manager and Football Coach with assistance from Tony Powell, Steve Norton and Rob Harrison.

Many of the current players started with the team at under 8s. The team has been very successful over the last 8 years in the Harrogate and District Junior Football League. As an example, in season 2009-2010, the team won both the league and cup. (See photograph below)

Training:

The U16s train twice a week, Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

· Saturdays, we train outdoors from 10:00am to 11.30am

· Wednesdays, from October to March, we train indoors 18:30 to 19:30. At the beginning and end of the season, we train outdoors weather dependent at approx. the same time.

Playing:

The U16s play on Sundays in the Harrogate and District Junior League. Home kick-offs are usually 10.30am. We currently play at Green Hammerton (please see directions sheet).
